AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Standard Shipping- 2-7 business days $8.95 flat rate Note WA & NT may take a few extra days
Express Shipping 1-2 Days $12.95 flat rate WA & NT POSSIBLY extra 1-3 business days
Free standard Shipping on all orders $80 & above
We dispatch your orders super fast if you need to change an address please respond to your confirmation email before 12
Poppet Locks ensures all orders are processed & dispatched within 24 Business hours. Any delays due to influx of orders etc are updated on our warehouse status.
We ship super fast but If you require your order urgently or by a certain date, please select express post or feel free to contact us. *during sales or launch days allow extra 24hrs on standard shipping orders
Aus Post drop is 4PM daily, shipping time starts from dispatch, if you order express at night it will be dispatched 4PM the following day
Gold Coast customers, we do also offer pick-up from Burleigh and have same-day pick up options on our website, choose pick up at checkout & more details will be sent with you confirmation. This is strictly a click & collect option, show room isn't open to shop sorry.
All time frames are approx. We use Australia post for all our deliveries, and is a no signature delivery service. Parcels will be left if no one is home. Any delays due to Aus Post are rare & out of our hands, email us & we will try & find a solution, please leave an email if you need tracking ( not a phone number ) If your address is not entered correctly at check out Poppet Locks will not be held responsible for missing parcels. If Parcels are returned to sender, you will be charged again to re ship your parcel.
Some Rainbow waves & team colours are custom made to order by me, please allow an extra day, even if choosing express that is express shipping not express making time, made to order items are cleary explained in product descriptions.
