Refund policy

In the event a customer is not happy with there purchase we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your hair or glitter to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

If a refund is requested due to change of mind & you received free shipping the shipping cost is taken from the refund 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48hrs if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and organise a replacement.  Please email us clear images to info@poppetlocks.com.au

If you have damaged a ponytail or hair tie when removing the tag, that does not warrant a replacement, please be careful removing tags, if tags are removed you can send back to PO Box 2022 Burleigh BC 4220 at your own cost & we will assess whether it can be repaired or replaced but this is not guaranteed 

Glitter sets - use within 2 months, sets are designed to test out our range, due to the small pots they can dry out, add some more gel if they start to dry out or try our bigger size pots once you find your faves 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@poppetlocks.com.au.

Package didn't arrive                                                                                                   We ship super fast, if your order isn't received within a reasonable timeframe, please email us so we can chase up Australia Post,  if lost in transit we will offer you a choice of refund or resend.  If we don't respond please message on our socials as sometimes messages get lost in junk folder.  Parcels are lost very rarely ( less than 10 out of 20'000 orders so far ) 

Lost parcels need to be reported to us within 60 days or Australia post don't have tracking information for us to be reimbursed
